WORK IN PROGRESS | Data Visualization Personal Project
This data visualization compares Puerto Rico’s electric outage records from multiple data sources — primarily LUMA Energy’s official reports (via the Puerto Rico Energy Bureau, PREB) and Eaglei’s high-frequency data scraping project, along with historical GitHub-tracked outage datasets.​
